With this form you withdraw from a contract you concluded with us online, such as a purchase in our Payhip store. As soon as you confirm, we send you an email with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time we received it.

You can also withdraw with any other clear statement, for example by email to hello@oakenbit.com or by post to the address in the legal notice. Both are just as valid as this form.

Which purchases this is for

• Our Payhip store: we are the seller, so use this form or write to us.
• Etsy and Notion: the platform sells the template to you; please use the platform's order page or write to us through it.
• Books: Amazon is the seller; returns go through Amazon.

Downloads

For digital files the right of withdrawal ends once the download starts, if you expressly agreed to the immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. We still confirm every withdrawal we receive, check it and tell you the result.
