When you will hear from us
- Email: we usually reply within two working days.
- Messages through our Etsy shop: a human replies within 24 hours.
- WordPress plugins: questions in the plugin's support forum on WordPress.org are answered there, usually within a week; you can also email us.
What to include
So that we can help on the first reply, please tell us:
- which product it is about: the name of the tool, extension, plugin, book, template or video;
- for a tool or extension: your browser and its version, and what you did just before the problem;
- for a plugin: the plugin version and your WordPress and PHP versions;
- for a book: the title, the format (paperback or Kindle) and the page;
- for a template: where you bought it (Etsy, Payhip or Notion) and the file name;
- for a video: the title and the time in the video.
Please do not send personal documents or the files you worked on; the tools on this site work without them. How we handle your message is explained in the privacy policy.
Orders, refunds and returns
- Templates bought on Etsy: please write to us through Etsy messages, so the order is at hand.
- Templates bought in our Payhip store: email us. If a file is faulty, will not open or is not as described, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you. To withdraw from a purchase, use the withdrawal form.
- Templates bought on Notion: email us; the payment itself is handled by Notion.
- Books: Amazon sells the books, so orders, returns and refunds go through Amazon. Errors in a book's content are welcome by email.
